Triple Platinum Presenting Sponsor - $5,000 - 1 Total 

• Recognition in all mediums as presenting sponsor.

• Logo and link prominently displayed on Well Ray website, logo on Well Ray swag if created, logos on Well Ray marketing materials including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, print/editorial/media, press releases, posters and flyers.

• All-day exposure and frequent shout-outs from the main stage (Wellness Junction Lot) throughout the festival. Multiple stage opportunities for presenting sponsors to highlight their brand and contribution to the event.

• Vendor booth to showcase health/wellness related activity and information (Only available for Wellness Business Sponsors)

• 6’ x 3’ or larger banner prominently displayed on the Wellness Junction Building/Main Stage. Sponsors must provide their own banner.

Platinum Premium Sponsor - $3,500 - 1 Total

• Logo and link prominently placed on Well Ray website, logo on Well Ray swag if created, logo on Well Ray marketing materials including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, print/editorial/media avenues, press releases, posters and flyers.

• Frequent shout-outs from the main stage during the festival. 

• Vendor booth to showcase health/wellness related activity and information (Only available for Wellness Business Sponsors)

• 6' X 3' banner for barriers at each end of Mt. Vernon Avenue. Sponsors must provide their own banner.

 

Gold Premium Sponsors - $2,000 - 3 Total 

 

• Logo and link on Well Ray website, logo on Well Ray swag if created, logo on Well Ray marketing including Instagram, Facebook and exposure through printed marketing materials including press releases, posters and flyers.

• Single shoutout from main stage during festival. 

• Vendor booth to showcase health/wellness related activity and information (Only available for Wellness Business Sponsors

• 6' x 3' banner displayed in a central location. Sponsors must provide their own banner.
   

Silver Superior Sponsors - $1,000 - 3 Total 

• Logo and link on Well Ray website, logo on Well Ray swag if created, logo on Well Ray marketing including Instagram, Facebook and printed marketing materials such as posters and flyers.

• Single shout-out from main stage (Wellness Junction)  shout-out during festival.

• 6’ x 3’ banner in central location. Sponsors must provide their own banner. 

 

Bronze Premium Sponsors - $500 - 5 Total

• Logo and link on Well Ray website, name on Well Ray swag if created, named in Well Ray social media marketing including Instagram and Facebook.

• 6' x 3' banner in central location. Sponsor must provide their own banner.

 

 

Bronze Yard Sign Sponsors - $500 - 1 Total 

• Logo and link on Well Ray website. Named in Well Ray social media marketing including Instagram and Facebook.

• Your full color logo will appear on 10 standard size yard sign riders that will be placed along the avenue one week before the event. Well Ray will make and provide the riders for the yard signs.

 

Bronze Tent/Area Sponsors- $350 - 2 Remaining

 

• Logo and link on Well Ray website. Named in Well Ray social media marketing including Instagram and Facebook.

• Your logo will be featured on a large yard sign for a designated area at the festival.

• Tent/Area choices are first come, first serve.

•  The choices are:

                  The Junction Studio, The Zen Zone, Family Zone

 

 

Honorable Friend of the Festival - $100 - Unlimited Available

• Logo and link on Well Ray website.

 

SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Sponsorships are not confirmed until payment is received, with payment due in full 7 days after receipt of invoice. All payments are non-refundable

2. If your sponsorship includes a vendor booth, you must also fill out a vendor application to claim your booth. 

3. You must drop off your banner to the Wellness Junction (1900 Mt. Vernon Ave) by Monday, May 13th, 2024 & pick up by Wed May 22nd, 2024. 

4.  Sponsors are encouraged to share Well Ray promotions on their social media.
