About Us
On June 29th, 10AM-2PM (NEW DATE!), the Del Ray Business Association presents the 8th annual Well Ray Festival, a celebration of health and wellness! This festival is free for all to join and is brought to you by our presenting sponsor, the Jen Walker Team. This event will also be collecting donations for our featured non-profit organization, The Miracle League, who are comprised of private citizens concerned with supporting recreation and sports opportunities for individuals with special needs.
Well Ray takes place Del Ray, a neighborhood just outside of Washington, D.C. “where Main Street still exists,” to browse and experience health and lifestyle inspired vendors. Wellness and holistic health practitioners will offer services including therapeutic massages, acupuncture, physical therapy consultations, chiropractic assessments, nutritional counseling, blood pressure screenings, meditation, wellness coaching, energy work and more. There will also be a special Mascot fitness challenge at 12PM - featuring the Zebra Press Zebra, Benny DiForza's Pizza Mascot, and the Turkey Trot Turkey. It's a contest, you will not want to miss!
Bring a water bottle, yoga mat and your work out shoes because at this festival there will be free 15 outdoor classes for you to jump into! Sessions will include yoga, dance, high fitness, pilates, boxing, and gong sound classes for children and adults. Please register ahead of time to secure a spot!
The Festival will take place in the Salvation Army, Wellness Junction, and Bellies & Babies Parking lot on the corner of Mt. Vernon Ave & E Bellefonte Ave (s) in the heart of Del Ray.
